The safety and wellbeing of our guests and employees continue to be of the utmost importance to all of us at Djerba Plaza Thalasso & SPA. We have developed a comprehensive Clean program to ensure that we are providing a safe and welcoming experience, based on the sanitary guidelines.
UPON ARRIVING
Please arrive 20 minutes before your appointment time. Please leave your jewelry and valuables in your room.
QUIET TIME
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, please turn off your cell phone and keep conversations to a whisper.
PUNCTUALITY
As a courtesy to the next guest, all treatments end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late for your service, your treatment will be modified to fit the remaining time.
DURING YOUR VISIT
To get the most out of your treatments, please communicate with your therapist. Your comfort and enjoyment are important, so be sure to mention if you have any allergies or medical conditions, concerns about massage pressure or depth, room temperature, music volume, or anything else.
CANCELLATIONS + NO SHOWS
To cancel without charge, please call the day 24h before your appointment is scheduled. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full price.
AGE REQUIREMENT
Guests must be at least 18 years old for a private treatment. Services for those 15 and younger are provided at the spa’s discretion, and a parent or guardian must be present.
